- Project details for web design inquiries (such as your business, budget range, and what you need)

I do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and this site is not directed to children under 13.
Automatically collected information
This site is hosted on Netlify. Like most websites, the host keeps basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. The site uses only the cookies necessary to function; I do not use invasive tracking.
How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate or web design help you asked for
- To send you a resource or guide you specifically requested
- To follow up about your buying, selling, or project needs
- To meet my professional and legal obligations as a licensed real estate agent
How I share your information
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only as needed to serve you or as required by law:
- My brokerage. Real estate is conducted through Hawks Realty. Information related to a real estate transaction may be shared with the brokerage and its staff as required to represent you and to comply with Arkansas Real Estate Commission rules.
- Service providers. Trusted providers that help me run this site and communicate with you (for example, the site host and email/form-processing services). They may only use your information to provide those services.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
How I protect your information
I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share and to work with reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I limit access to your information and keep it only as long as needed to help you or to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (subject to any records I'm legally required to keep).
- You can opt out of calls or texts at any time as described above.
- You can decline to provide information — though I may not be able to help with your request without it.
